Here's my take on them after 14,000 miles: Pros: - Look awesome. - Provides 1 extra inch of clearance. - Raises the running boards higher which provides more protection from door dings. Cons: - Truck loses off the line punch. The larger diameter is like a taller gear and hard to turn.If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front.
